Jason just called me with a "mission accomplished!" Now we wait 3-5 days for the results. I'm not sure if I want it to be that there is nothing wrong with him, or that there is something wrong as long as it's something we can deal with. I mean, obviously I want him to be ok, but if it's something we can either correct or have a process to deal with it, then that might bring some relief as well.

The results should come in right around when I'm starting so hopefully we can make an educated decision on the best plan for next cycle.
